| Introduction Foreign Trade became an essential foundation for all industrial countries and major economical driver. It is therefore important to locate ways and channels to achieve reaching targeted foreign markets. Exhibitions are one of the major channels that companies tend to utilize on regular basis, but for a high cost and a limited period of time. Under this program, we offer the cost sharing method to help companies to reduce exhibition costs, and increase presence time. So, companies will establish a permanent local presence while operating remotely; and end up paying less for a longer period of time. |

General Objective Is to provide companies with a local permanent expo. where samples of products, catalogues, brochures, price lists etc. can be introduced and physically displayed all around the year. The local expo. "showroom" is shared with other companies in order to minimize cost. |

& Logistics 1. Management will be done locally. 2. Showroom will be open all around the year and during normal business hours. 3. Local staff available. 4. All necessary office communications are available (such as: telephone, fax, email and internet). |

| Promotion,
Marketing and Advertising The showroom will be advertised locally through the suitable available channels in each country. Example: - Local chambers of Commerce - Advertising through EMEA Trade web site and various contact channels. - Advertising through available local electronic channels. - Advertising through local media. |

| Presentation
of Sample Products 1. Companies will be offered a showcase to place and show their sample products. The related company name and details including co. briefing will be posted on the showcase. showcase standard dimensions: (172cm x 90cm x 46cm) or (172cm x 50cm x 46cm). 2. Companies can place their own stand to display their sample products. (max 1sq. meter - space, can be increased upon request) |
