Introduction
As Brussels is the capital of Europe and the cross business point for trade and industry, our showroom and related services will be available for interested companies from around the world to provide them with local permanent presence to do business in Belgium and in Europe.

Objective
Is to provide international companies with a local permanent showroom in Brussels where samples of products, catalogues, brochures, price lists etc. can be introduced and physically displayed all around the year. The local showroom is shared with other companies in order to minimize cost.

Location
Brussels, Belgium the capital of Europe

Promotion, Marketing and Advertising
The showroom will be advertised locally through the following channels:
1. Local chambers of Commerce will be presented with the program and notified on a regular basis
with the type of activities and companies participating.
2. Advertising jointly through local chamber of commerce regular circulars and ads.
3. Advertising through EMEA Trade web site and various contact channels.
4. Advertising through available local electronic channels.

Cost
The cost depends on the number of companies participating; increased number of participants will minimize the cost.
examples:
scenario 1: price = Euro 3,350 / year   - minimum number of companies needed = 10
scenario 2: price = Euro 2,700 / year   - minimum number of companies needed = 15
scenario 3: price = Euro 2,375 / year   - minimum number of companies needed = 20
.....
.....
scenario 4: price = Euro 2,180 / year   - minimum number of companies needed = 25 (max capacity)

Payment Terms
1. Payment will be required on an annual basis.
2. Advance payment of 50% will be required.

Annex
Companies interested in depositing only their catalogues and price lists will pay Euro 500 / year.
