| Introduction As Riyadh is located in the largest country in the Gulf and the highest purchase power in the Region, our showroom and related services will be available for interested Belgian companies to provide them with local permanent presence to do business in Saudi Arabia and in the Gulf. |

| Objective Is to provide Belgian companies with a local permanent showroom where samples of products, catalogues, brochures, price lists etc. can be introduced and physically displayed all around the year. The local showroom is shared with other companies in order to minimize cost. |

| Location A very good showroom "+/- 200 sq. meters" in one of the business centers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. |

Marketing and Advertising The showroom will be advertised locally through the following: 1. Local chambers of Commerce will be presented with the program and notified on a regular basis with the type of activities and companies participating. 2. Advertising through EMEA Trade web site and various contact channels. 3. Advertising through available local electronic channels. 4. Advertising through local media (launching period) |

| Cost As the objective of this program is to strengthen the export capacity of the Belgian companies, the Belgian export offices are in agreement with it and will subsidize 50% of the total cost for companies participating. The cost depends on the number of companies participating; increased number of participants will minimize the cost. examples: scenario 1: price = Euro 9,000 / year - minimum number of companies needed = 10 scenario 2: price = Euro 5,200 / year - minimum number of companies needed = 20 scenario 3: price = Euro 3,900 / year - minimum number of companies needed = 31 ..... ..... scenario 4: price = Euro 2,990 / year - minimum number of companies needed = 49 (max capacity) (all above prices are best estimate – possible changes +/- 5%) |
